Participants drinking beverages sweetened with aspartame, acesulfame-K, or sucralose lost a similar amount of weight to those drinking water, while both groups also saw improvements in waist size, body composition, and several metabolic measures.","published":"2026-10-04T02:10:59Z","seen":"2026-10-04T13:28:06Z","lang":"en","source":{"id":"kite-sciencedaily-com-8df9eb","name":"sciencedaily.com","domain":"sciencedaily.com","outlet":{"wikidata":"Q679509","name":"Science Daily","type":"website","designations":["news aggregation website","website"]}},"via":"kite-sciencedaily-com-8df9eb","topics":["medicine"],"entities":[{"id":"Q283","name":"water","type":"other"},{"id":"Q718113","name":"weight loss","type":"other"}],"story":"st_knpsez2fyj4khrgultqq","category":"health","category_p":0.6800000071525574,"sentiment":"positive","tone":0.4000000059604645,"political":0.019999999552965164}]}
